Email security

I use an encrypted email service provided by Proton Mail. The information from your enquiry will be stored on my password protected computer and smart phone. If we decide not to work together I will delete this information promptly.

Privacy statement and data storage

I work under the terms of current data legislation, or General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

If we decide to work together you will be asked to complete a registration form after our initial discussion and prior to our first appointment. This contains your name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, GP details and any other relevant personal information that you wish to share.

In addition to your personal information I keep a session log and brief notes as a record of the work. Full information about data collection and storage is contained in my therapy contract.
